A section of land near Truro and a property in Redruth were among hotly sought after properties to sell in auctions in Cornwall.
The woodland near Truro sparked heated bidders which went up to £151,000.
The site in Idless Lane, Idless, was among the lots in the third auction of 2022 by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson.
Extending to 2.39 hectares (5.92 acres), it had a freehold guide price of £55,000 to £65,000.

Senior Auction Appraiser David Henwood said: “There was considerable interest in this interesting parcel of freehold land.
“Bidders clearly saw the potential for a variety of uses on the well-located site, subject to the necessary consents.”
For the Redruth property, a double-fronted house, the hammer went down at £210,000.
The three-bedroom house at 17 Higher Fore Street was among the lots in the third auction of 2022 by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson. It was listed with a freehold guide price of £200,000 to £220,000.
Senior auction appraiser David Henwood said: “Well-located properties with potential remain in demand at auction. This character house is a good example of a property which can be refurbished for owner occupation, resale or letting. It also possesses the potential for subdivision or further development subject to the necessary consents.”
The town centre property was auctioned jointly with Bill Bannister Estate Agents of Redruth.
