The main road between Helston and St Keverne has reopened following an earlier crash.
A tractor and a car are said to have collided on the B3293 on the way to St Keverne.
Local reports that the road had been closed at Treskewes Corners, with no access to the village via the main road.
There were fears that the road would be closed for a while, with police, fire fighters and ambulances at the scene.
However, Devon and Cornwall Police told the Packet that the crash did not appear to be as serious as first thought, with no serious injuries reported.
A force incident manager told the Packet: "There has been an RTC at St Keverne, a car versus a tractor.
"No serious injuries are reported."
The road has now reopened to traffic.
Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said crews from St Keverne and Helston were called to the B3293 just after 11am.
A fire service spokesperson said: "Firefighters administered first aid and made the scene safe."
