Grab your sun cream, keep hydrated and wear a hat is our advice as Cornwall prepares to bask in scorching summer sunshine over the next week.
Non-stop sunshine with temperatures rising as high as 25 degrees are on the cards for some places while pollen counts and UV levels across the board remain high.
BBC weather reports suggest that the 20 degrees plus conditions are set to continue in the weeks ahead although there may be more cloud cover.
Below is a roundup of the upcoming seven-day forecast from the Met Office around Cornwall.
Falmouth
Falmouth is set for relentless sunshine in the upcoming week when many recent University students return for their graduation ceremonies. Highs of 23 degrees are on Saturday, July 9 and Wednesday, July 13. with minimal winds throughout.
Truro
Temperatures will peak at a whopping 26 degrees in Cornwall's capital Truro on Tuesday, July 12. Affected less by the sea breeze as it's further inland, temperatures in the city are at least 22 degrees and above throughout the week with a small chance of some cloud on Thursday, July 14.
Helston
The sunshine and long days continue in Helston with sun, sun and yes you guessed it more sun heading that way. Tempertatures will peak at 24 degrees on Tuesday, July 12, with the lowest heat arriving on Thursday, July 14 and Friday, July 15 at 22 degrees.
Penzance
The coolest (compared to everywhere else, it will still be hot!) place will be at Penzance where temperatures peak at 22 degrees. It will remain at this heat throughout the week according to the Met Office although there is a chance of cloud on Thursday, July 14.
Camborne
Camborne will peak at 25 degrees on Wednesday, July 13 with sunny skies set to grace the town throughout the week as temperatures sit on average at 23 degrees.
