The Year 11 class of 2021 have certainly had a challenging time through their qualifications but this hasn’t stopped them from achieving a great set of results that demonstrate their passion, commitment and resilience to their studies, according to Falmouth School.
The school said its students had been a tremendous group of young people to work with and that they have been delighted by their success over their time at Falmouth School.
In terms of final outcomes, the school pointed out that Miriam attained a fantastic set of results with grade 8, 9 and Merit in every subject she took.
Alongside her, Phoebe achieved grades 8 and 9 in all 9 subjects.
Lily and Harry took 9 subjects and achieved grades 7, 8 and 9 whilst Zeno, Roisin, Finn and Isabella all achieved grades 9, 8 and 7 in 10 subjects.
These top attainers were chased closely by Tom and Sam, who completed the top ten attaining students.
Headteacher, Brenda de Sousa, said: "We would like to congratulate all of our Year 11 students who have worked so hard to achieve their results and are grateful for the support of parents and families throughout their time with us.
"These outcomes reflect the level of commitment given by our students and our staff who have worked extremely hard to enable our young people to reach their potential.
"It has been wonderful to celebrate the achievements of all of our students today.
"We wish all of them every success as they take their next steps into a new and exciting future and look forward to welcoming many of them into the Falmouth Sixth Form."
