A teenage boy has been arrested and taken to hospital for minor cuts after a "domestic altercation" in Falmouth this afternoon.
Police were called to a property the Old Hill area of Falmouth at 12.45pm today following reports of a domestic incident.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing "loads of police officers" with six police cars and two vans half way down Old Hill by the flats near the bus stop.
Police say they arrested a teenage boy on suspicion of criminal damage but he was taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital after sustaining minor cuts on his arm.
A police spokesperson said: "Police were called at 12.45pm today, 28 September, to a domestic-related altercation at a property in the Old Hill area of Falmouth.
"A teenage boy was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage. He sustained minor cuts to his arm and has been taken to Treliske Hospital."
