The former director of an estate agents has appeared back in court to face charges of harassment and criminal damage.

Gareth Davyd Wills, aged 42, of Mylor Downs near Falmouth, appeared at Truro Magistrates' Court at the end of last month charged with criminal damage after allegedly destroying a Lewis Haughton Wills sign to the value of £40 in Mylor between September 1 and September 22.

Wills also faces five charges of harassment by breach of restraining orders imposed by Truro Magistrates Court on September 1 and Truro Crown Court on August 23.

The first relates to him contacting a named woman between September 3 and 4 via Tik Tok which he was forbidden from doing by the restraining order.

The second that on September 7 at Mylor he sent a Whatsapp message via his driver indirectly contacting the same named woman and that on September 14 contacted her through Facebook.

He is also alleged to have named the children of the same woman on TikTok when he was forbidden to do so as well as breaching a restraining order between September 1 and September 20 by posting on social media about Lewis Haughton Wills when he was forbidden.

Wills elected trial by jury for all charges and the case was sent to Truro Crown Court for trial on October 21.
