Falmouth came together to remember the fallen today as the town marked Armistice Day.

Mayor and mayoress Steve and Vicky Eva were among the town councillors who joined veterans and members of the community on the Prince of Wales Pier for a brief service this morning.

This took place at the St Nazaire Memorial from 10.50am, to include a two-minute silence at 11am and the sounding of the Last Post.
