BUS services in Cornwall are expected to be disrupted this week and next after further strikes have been announced.
First Bus Kernow have stated they are expecting bus services to be disrupted on Friday, November 18 and Monday, November 21 after the RMT announced industrial action will take place across this weekend.
First Bus Kernow has said explained they expect Truro Park & Ride, the PR1 / PR1A service, to be the only registered bus service to operate a full timetable.
This includes the extended service for the Festive Friday event in Truro.
The last service will leave the city at 9:15 pm with the site closing at 9:30 pm.
A spokesperson on First Bus Kernow's updates section on their website said: "The RMT has taken the decision to continue with yet more industrial action this coming Friday 18 November and Monday 21 November.
"This will mean that there will be disruption to many of our Buses of Somerset and Cornwall by Kernow services.
"Customers should go to our website and social media feeds for the latest information on which services will be running.
"We would like to apologise for the disruption that our customers may experience during the strikes."
In a tweet posted this morning, a spokesperson for Cornwall Council said: "Due to strike action there will be disruption to some bus services on Friday, November 18, and Monday, November 21.
"First Bus services are likely to be limited, with school and college services prioritised, but these may also be disrupted.
"Truro Park and Ride is expected to be operating normally but there may be unplanned disruption on the day during the strike action."
