THE quarter-final draw of the Cornwall Senior Cup has been made.
Eight teams remain in the hunt for the trophy which will be lifted by new champions this year after holders Falmouth Town were knocked out by Wendron United in a 2-0 defeat in the last round.
Wendron, who were runners up in last year's competition, will play away to Penzance in the quarter-final. The Dron are currently second in the South West Peninsula League while their opposition are 12th.
The highest-ranked side in the competition, Saltash United are at home to Wadebridge United. The Ashes currently sit at the helm of the Toolstation Western League.
Helston Athletic will continue their Senior Cup journey with an away tie to Peninsula League strugglers Godolphin Atlantic. The Blues defeated St Blazey 4-0 in the last round.
In the last game of the round, Western League Millbrook will host Liskeard Athletic at Jenkins Park.
All matches will be played on Wednesday, January 11 with kick-off at 7:30 pm. If the matches are level at full time they will go to extra time and if necessary, a penalty shootout.
