A health club in Falmouth has seen its memberships rocket following a £90,000 investment.
St Michaels Health Club has seen a record number of members sign up since its relaunch last month, with the club now seeing a waiting list for newcomers.
Working alongside premium fitness brand Matrix, the team has updated their weight training resistance and cardio machines with the latest state-of-the-art kit.
Health club Manager, Rebecca Rowe said: “We’re really proud of the facilities that we offer here which is why we’re so pleased to see so many new members keen to take advantage of our state-of-the-art kit.
“Fitness in Falmouth is thriving.”
St Michael’s Health Club is said to offer a 315 square metre gym, a 17-metre swimming pool, sauna and steam room, a gig rowing studio, and over 100 expert-led classes each week including beach yoga and boot camps.
“With up to 100 new members joining each week we have taken the decision to freeze peak memberships but will continue to offer off-peak options for those with a bit more flexibility.
“It’s really important to us that our members get the best possible experience, so we want to ensure there’s space for everyone to enjoy the new facilities,” adds Rebecca “After so much difficulty during the pandemic, it’s great to see the Health Club buzzing again.”
Off Peak Gym or swim-only membership at St Michael’s Health Club starts from £37 per month, with student membership and personal training also available.
