The Bishop of Truro will be leading Helston’s Christmas Day worship at the parish church.
The Right Rev Philip Mounstephen will be taking morning worship at 10am on Sunday, December 25 at St Michael’s Church.
And on New Year’s Day, also at 10am, Canon Alan Bashforth of Truro Cathedral will be leading the service.
Other Christmas services at the parish church included the Christmas Eve Christingle family service at the earlier time of 3pm, with Rev Christine Schmaus.
Then at 11.30pm on December 24 there will be Christmas Midnight Mass with Rev Raphael Duckett, Royal Navy Chaplain at RNAS Culdrose.
Also in Helston, the Central Methodist Church will be holding its Christingle service today, Sunday, December 18, at 10.45am.
Families will be able to make a Christingle orange together, with the congregation invited to come in their Christmas jumpers that day.
The service is open to everyone, including those who do not regularly attend.
Also today, Porthleven Methodist Church is holding a candlelit carol service this evening at 6pm. This will be followed by tea and coffee with mince pies.
