A WOMAN who repeatedly breached criminal behaviour orders has finally been sent to prison for 12 weeks.
Megan Rachel Louise Gendall, aged 28, of Trenance Road, Camborne admitted breaching the latest criminal behaviour order when she appeared at Truro Magistrates on Monday.
The breach activated a 12 week prison sentence suspended for 12 months imposed by Truro magistrates for breaching another criminal behaviour order imposed in November this year.
Gendall pleaded guilty that on December 18 at Rose Cottages, Camborne she "engaged in conduct that was likely to cause a reasonable person to feel unnecessary alarm or distress resulting in them contacting emergency services for concern about her welfare."
She was sent to prison for 12 weeks concurrent because magistrates felt the offence so serious because it was aggravated by being committed whilst subject to a community sentence.

She was also had to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £154. There was no order for costs.
The earlier suspended sentence had been given by Truro Magistrates on November 14 for breaching an earlier criminal behaviour order the previous day by being found drunk in Camborne.
Community orders made by Cornwall Magistrates' Court on June 28, 2022 and October 4, 2022 were revoked.
