POWER cuts are affecting several areas across Cornwall with around 272 properties currently without power.
Breage, Redruth, Penzance are all currently being affected by power cuts, with high and low-voltage incidents affecting power supplies in the three areas.
Low voltage incidents tend to be smaller and more localised, meaning residents may notice some of their neighbours still have power.
High voltage incidents tend to be larger and affect the wider area.
In Redruth, 25 properties are believed to be without power, with National Grid engineers currently working on the fault.
Power was estimated to be back on by 11:30 am, although no update has been given as to whether this is now the case.

A spokesperson for National Grid said: "We are aware of this power cut incident which was raised at 8:07am this morning and our engineers are working to get the power returned as quickly as possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you.
In Breage, 21 properties are believed to be without power, with National Grid engineers currently working on the fault, with National Grid giving the following update: "We are aware of this power cut incident which was raised at 5:23am this morning and our engineers are working to get the power returned as quickly as possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you.
Power was estimated to be back on by 2pm, although no update has been given as to whether this is now the case.
The following postcodes have been affected by this incident: TR13 9SD, TR13 9ND, TR13 9PY.
In Penzance, 226 properties are without power with National Grid engineers currently working on the fault.
Power is estimated to be back on by 3pm.
The following postcodes are affected by this incident: TR18 5QW, TR18 5QN, TR18 5QP, TR18 5QY, TR18 5QR, TR18 5QJ, TR18 5QL, TR18 5QT, TR18 5QX, TR18 5QU, TR18 5QS, TR18 5BX, TR18 5PN.
