She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 month as disqualification is obligatory for the offence.
Ireland was told that disqualification would be reduced by 18 weeks if, by January 7, 2024, she satisfactorily completed a course approved by the Secretary of State costing no more £250. Her driving record was endorsed.
Her guilty plea was taken into account by magistrates when imposing sentence.
