A UNIQUE luxury apartment located along the Falmouth coast has been placed on the market for a cool £1.25 million.
The apartment, which is located in the cruise-ship-shaped building known as 'The Liner,' is comprised of two apartments joined together to create a 1,358 sq ft home with panoramic views of the Cornwall coast.
The flat overlooks Gyllyngvase beach, with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, two bedrooms with en suites, and a 53ft glass-fronted, beach-facing balcony.
The development is reported to be well insulated between each of the floors, with underfloor heating throughout and a vented air-recirculating system.
In addition, it has allocated parking for two cars and double surf or storage cages on the communal ground floor.
According to the estate agent, Lillicrap Chilcot, the seafront apartment is: "an exceptional, surprising, unique coastal apartment within one of Falmouth seafronts newest and most iconic buildings, commanding a mesmerising, panoramic view across the entirety of Falmouth Bay from Pendennis Headland to the Manacles off the Lizard Peninsula."
The building itself was built a few years ago on the site of the former Falmouth Beach Hotel and overlooks Gyllyngvase beach.
Last year, Robbie Williams was rumored to have bought one of the penthouses in the building, known as The Liner.
Last summer, a Co-op store was opened at the bottom of the Liner building, a development that had been in the works for about two years.
