Guests will also be able to walk along the extra 513 metres of cleared trackbed from Truthall Bridge towards Helston. From the new boundary, visitors will be able to see the iconic Lowertown viaduct in the distance.
The railway has become increasingly popular over the past few years. As well as the train journey there is a buffet cart which sells breakfasts, cakes, lunches, and snacks and a gift shop.
Visitors can just turn up as the railway doesn’t take bookings, but tickets must be purchased from the shop which is adjacent to the car park.
