A man charged with causing over £4,000 worth of damage to a property in Penryn has appeared before Truro magistrates.
Louis Edwards, 38, of Polwithen Road, Falmouth pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage when he appeared at Truro Magistrates Court on May 9.
The offences took place on a series on unspecified dates between 2019 and 2022 at Penryn when without lawful excuse, he damaged a propery in Parc Briwer, Penryn, Cornwall to the value of £4,170 belonging to a named person intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.

Edwards was fined £333 and ordered to pay compensation of £2,920. He was also ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £133 and Crown Prosecution Service costs of £85.
Edwards' guilty plea was taken into account when imposing sentence.
