Flambards has again been awarded a five-star food hygiene rating after a recent visit from the Environmental Health Regulatory Services.
All three food outlets at the Cornish attraction received top marks. The Village Café and Ferdi’s Indoor Play earned a five-star award whilst Ferdi’s Burger Bar received the prestigious five-star Elite rating.
General manager Richard Welby said: “Food and Beverage services at Flambards are very important to us because our visitors always stop for some well-earned breaks when enjoying a full day’s entertainment.
“The ratings are a reflection on how hard we work as a team to increasingly locally source and provide excellent, value-for-money food and refreshments, so we’re thrilled that our efforts have again been officially recognised.”
