Queueing traffic and delays are being reported on the first day of the Royal Cornwall Show near Wadebridge.
Thousands of people are expected to attend the three day event which runs from Thursday to Saturday at the Royal Cornwall Events Centre near Wadebridge.
However as expected traffic is aleady reported to be busy with congestion and delays on the A39 and the A389both ways.
Inrix reports that due to the Royal Cornwall Show traffic is congested on A39 both ways from the A389 to Saint Issey turn off (Hals' Grave Junction).
"Congestion to Fraddon and Indian Queens as people are heading towards the show. The A389 from Bodmin is also heavily congested."

Over 120,000 people are expected to flock to the event which lasts from today (June 9) through Friday and Saturday.

Our Royal Cornwall Food & Farming Pavilion showcases and promotes Cornish-grown and Cornish-produced food and drink, as well as many local caterers represented across the Showground.
Main Ring Entertainment will have you on the edge of your seat, the traditional steam fair will transport you to times gone by, and there are avenues alive with music, song and dance.
Take time out for some retail therapy, we have almost 1,000 trade stands across the site, selling everything from cars to cheese, to furniture to fudge – you’re bound to find something to bring home.
The Royal Cornwall Show maybe Cornwall’s biggest day out, but we can guarantee that no two days here will ever be the same.
