A Devon & Cornwall Police officer is due to appear before a court this week facing two charges.
Police Constable Jess Smith, aged 32, from Hayle, is charged with one count of coercive behaviour, and one further offence against the Malicious Communications Act.
The charges relate to incidents alleged to have taken place between January 2021 and June 2022 in Cornwall.
PC Smith was initially arrested and bailed in August 2022.
She has remained suspended from duty since her initial arrest.
The court hearing will take place at Bristol Magistrates' Court this Thursday, June 15.
