The cosplay workshops are a six session program leading up to the festival.

During the workshops the child is able to design a character they wish to be - be it their own or a specific character they love - This year they have had Elsa and Ana, Master Chief from Halo, Poison Ivy, Godzilla and more.

“The workshop is an amazing way to re-ignite the child’s imagination, help form new friendships, learn new skills and build confidence, it shows the children they can be anything they wish to be in life and their past needn’t affect their future,” said a charity spokesperson.

The CMA is a melting pot of creativity, with Cosplayers from Cornwall and in fact the whole of the UK attending.

Artists, creatives, publishers, attending to stand shoulder to shoulder with the children and show their support.
