A serious crash closed part of the main Helston to Penzance road this afternoon, with the air ambulance sent.
The A394 was closed at Breage following the collision, which is understood to involve a motorcyclist.
The road has now reopened as of 4.45pm.

Police, the ambulance service and Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service were all at the scene, with traffic being diverted through Breage village.
A force incident manager for Devon and Cornwall Police said at the time the situation was still being reviewed, but that a helicopter from Cornwall Air Ambulance had been dispatched.
He told the Packet: “At this time we’re assessing the situation. From what we’ve been informed it involves a motorcycle.
“The helicopter has been dispatched and it’s looking as though potentially serious injuries.
“Officers are on the scene at this time reviewing.”
Motorists were advised to avoid the area entirely, with the village described as “gridlocked”.
