The chairty looks to tackle poverty and despair within the fishing community and provides emergency and welfare support to fisherman and their families.
The restaurant and takeaway said it was pleased to be able to raise the funds for the charity and thanked its customers for their generosity.
In a statement posted on its social media page, Harbour Lights Fish and Chips said: "Harbour Lights, Falmouth is delighted to report that thanks to the generosity of visitors to our restaurant, via a £1 donation added to each bill, £25,000 has been raised for The Fishermen's Mission over the past 18-months.
"The Fishermen's Mission fights poverty and despair in UK fishing communities by providing emergency and welfare support to fishermen and their families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
"The deep sea fishing industry is the UK’s toughest and most dangerous peace-time occupation.
"This large sum will be hugely beneficial to the charity and its work.
"We are so pleased to be able to continue raising funds for them - so they can support those who provide fish to our businesses.
"A huge thanks to all who have visited our restaurant in the past 18 months.
"You are all amazing!"
