A world famous tribute show to The Beatles is coming to Redruth this week.
The Mersey Beatles, hailed as the greatest Liverpool-born tribute, is bringing their biggest ever UK tour to Redruth's Regal Theatre on Friday, March 8.
The band has been impressing fans worldwide for 25 years, paying tribute to one of the Fab Four’s greatest albums.
Hailing from Merseyside, The Mersey Beatles were the resident Beatles tribute at the world-famous Cavern Club for a decade, performing there on over 600 different occasions.
The band will be celebrating the 60th anniversary of The Beatles' legendary album and film, A Hard Day’s Night.
The Mersey Beatles will play the entire album during their Redruth performance, along with a collection of Beatlemania classics.
Steven Howard, who portrays Paul McCartney in the band, expressed his excitement for the upcoming Cornwall show, saying: "It’s going to be a brilliant night in Redruth when we will be celebrating 60 years of A Hard Day’s Night.
"The album is one of The Beatles’ very best and one which captured them at the peak of their pop powers and we can’t wait to play it in full."
The band will also perform songs from the psychedelic brilliance of Sgt Pepper, walk down Abbey Road and celebrate the Fab Four’s later work such as Revoution, Get Back and Hey Jude.

John Lennon’s own family and The British Beatles Fan Club have praised The Mersey Beatles, the latter hailing them as "the best Beatles tribute band."
Mark Bloor, who portrays John Lennon, added: "As well as the 60th anniversary of A Hard Day’s Night this year is the 25th anniversary of The Mersey Beatles – so it’s a double celebration".
