A Cornwall caravan site has been ranked as the third-best in the UK to go on holiday to according to new research.

Tencreek Holiday Park in Looe, Cornwall, was in second place on the list from Go Outdoors

Creating a seed list of UK caravan sites, they ranked them through a number of factors including the average user rating out of five on Campsites.co.uk, pet friendliness, availability of a games room, availability of a swimming pool, proximity to a beach and much more.

Go Outdoors added: "A caravan holiday is the perfect setting for bonding with friends or family while enjoying scenic landscapes. From coastal routes to wilderness getaways, these holidays provide a unique experience with comfort and convenience."
