There's been a major leadership change at the Cornwall branch of the Campaign for Real Ale.
Vince Curtis announced he has stepped down as chair during the recent AGM.
He did a great job in guiding the campaign through challenging times.
Paul Waller has officially been elected as his replacement.
On accepting the role, Mr Waller made sure to express his heartfelt gratitude towards the now former chair.
He thanked the entire committee for their dedication and hard work.
Mr Waller also went on to say: "In the coming months, I envision a vibrant calendar of events that celebrate Cornwall's rich brewing heritage, showcase the talents of our local brewers, and provide ample opportunities for camaraderie and education."
"Whether it's pub crawls, brewery tours, tasting sessions, or advocacy campaigns, there will be something for everyone to participate in and enjoy".
Vince Curtis expressed his confidence in Mr Waller's abilities, wishing him success and hoping Cornwall members would support his endeavours to move the branch forward.
