Sector Inspector for West Cornwall Louisa Brown said: “Criminal behaviour orders are a really useful tool for addressing persistent anti-social behaviour by providing clear and enforceable restrictions.
"This is a great result. It protects the community and also provides the framework for offenders to change their behaviour which is really important.
“My thanks go to all the shops that took the time to assist us in relation to Restall’s offending by reporting the crimes and providing the evidence required. It is vitally important that the public report crimes and you can do so by calling 101 or via the Devon and Cornwall Police website.
“When Restall is released from prison, the police will be working closely with partner agencies and local businesses to enforce the order and ensure the offending does not continue.”
The Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) prohibits Restall from: Entering Iceland, Redruth.
Entering Morrisons, Pool.
Entering Asda, Hayle.
Entering Aldi, Camborne.
Entering Primark, Truro.
Entering Boots, Penzance.
