BBC Radio Cornwall's Jack Murley has joined Rewind Radio as a daytime presenter and programme controller.
The Cornish broadcaster will present No Repeat Workday, which airs from Monday to Friday from 11am to 2pm.
Listeners in Cornwall and surrounding areas will be able to tune in to his shows via DAB Digital Radio, Smart Speaker, and the Rewind Radio App.
Mr Murley said: "As someone who lives and breathes radio in Cornwall, I’m over the moon to be joining the team at Rewind Radio.
"There’s nothing I love more than being part of the lives of listeners across the Duchy, and to have the opportunity to do it five-days-a-week was a chance that was too good to miss.
"But even though it’s a new show, you can still expect the same Jack, the same chat, and loads of brilliant music as well.
"I can’t wait to get started and for you to join me, it’s going to be a brilliant adventure".
The tweaked new weekday schedule at Rewind Radio will see Mr Murley's show follow the Big Cornish Breakfast with Josh and Laura.
Additionally, Mark Dodson will now entertain the audiences with two Retro Power Hours between 10-11am and 2-3pm.
Fans of Kath and Aimee will continue to enjoy their drive back home with The Big Drive Home between 3-7pm.
Richard Woods, the managing director at Rewind Radio, said: "2024 was already looking like the most exciting year in Rewind’s history, but with the addition of former Pirate FM managing director Mark Peters as AI integration specialist and Jack Murley joining our revamped daytime line-up, it really is the icing on the cake.
"We’re over the moon that such an experienced and well-loved presenter as Jack has decided to make Rewind Radio his home as daytime presenter and programme controller; we know our audience is going to love this new-look No Repeat Workday that puts Cornwall front-and-centre.
"From Josh and Laura on The Big Cornish Breakfast to Kath and Aimee on The Big Drive Home, Rewind Radio really is the place to be in 2024".
Rewind Radio, known for hallmark tunes from the 80s to the present day, prides itself on playing Cornish-centric content - being made in Cornwall, for Cornwall.
