The Duchy Ford Club welcomed thousands of motorheads to their annual Ford Show at St Merryn, raising £4,000 for charity in the process.

Usually a one-day celebration, this year's event took place on June 1 and 2, transforming into the Duchy Ford Show Weekend.

It attracted Ford owners and enthusiasts from across Cornwall and Devon, and even as far as Bracknell near Reading.

Over 1,500 members of the public attended to see the over 200 cars displayed, which ranged from a vintage 1912 Ford Model T to a 2024 Mustang Mach-E brought in by Vospers of Truro.

The event was not just about cars, it also featured various trade stands along with a craft tent.

Funds raised from the event were a grand total of £4,000, which was split into two separate donations of £2,000 to Cornwall Air Ambulance and Cornwall Blood Bikes.

Both charities were invited to a meet-up at the Inn for All Seasons on July 4, the Duchy Ford Club's monthly meeting point.

The Duchy Ford Club is a hub for owners of modified, retro, classic and commercial Fords.

Besides holding meets, they conduct road runs and participate in other events as a group.
