A man charged with outraging public decency by being naked and having sex with a woman in a public place in sight of BBC Radio Cornwall has appeared at Truro Magistrates’ Court.
Shane Keogh, aged 52, of Headland House, Falmouth Road, Truro was given a 12 month conditional discharge following the offence last year.
The court heard that on November 25, 2023 at Phoenix Wharf, Malpas Road, Truro, Keogh committed an act outraging public decency in a public place by behaving in an indecent manner, namely by being naked and engaging in sexual activity with female.
As well as the discharge, Keogh was ordered to pay a surcharge of £26.
