A four-storey office block and a former fish and chip shop are among a number of commercial buildings up for auction in Cornwall this month.
Some come with existing businesses still operating, while others are vacant for new owners.
All are for auction with Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.
They include two commercial units in Redruth town centre, which have a freehold guide of £60,000-plus.
On Alma Place and Market Strand, both are already let to tenants – and together return a total of £8,400 per annum according to the auction house.
Senior auction appraiser Katie Semmens said: “This freehold dual-component commercial investment opportunity is expected to attract keen interest.
“With the benefit of existing tenants, they would make a great investment for those looking to start or add to their portfolio.”
Also part of the next auction is a four-floor commercial building in St Austell town centre that has a freehold guide price of £100,000 at auction.
The property fronts both Fore Street and Vicarage Hill in a prominent trading location, with offices on each of its floors.
Katie said: “This freehold commercial building is situated in a prime trading location within the town centre.
“It offers clear potential for residential conversion to the upper floors, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable, and would make a great investment or re-sale post works.”
The property is being auctioned in arrangement with May, Whetter & Grose of St Austell and Miller Commercial of Truro.
Finally, a detached commercial unit previously used as a fish and chip shop has a freehold guide of £45,000 to £50,000.
Located in a predominately residential area at 31 Grove Road, St Austell, it includes a kitchen, customer area, storage, WC and hardstanding. It was previously let at £8,000 per annum.
The property is being auctioned jointly with Miller Commercial of Truro.
All the properties are among 165 lots listed in the latest auction by Clive Emson.
The firm holds auctions eight times a year and bidding for the current auction, the fifth of the year, goes live on Monday, July 22, ending on Wednesday, July 24.
