Verdant Brewing Co will team up with The Shark Trust to host a Sharks Celebration in Cornwall tomorrow.
The event on Sunday (July 21) will take place at Schooners Bar in Trevaunance Cove, St Agnes, and coincides with the launch of a new beer, Baby Sharks.
It will join Verdant's existing Sharks range, which already hosts Even Sharks Need Water (IPA) and Whale Sharks (Double IPA).
Baby Sharks is a "juicy, hoppy" pale ale (4.8 per cent abv) embodying the classic Verdant style.
It's set to be released in cans on July 24, available in selected pubs nationwide and from Verdant's webshop.
That same day, Verdant will also launch a special triptych pack of the three beers on its online store.
The Sharks Celebration in St Agnes will commence at midday with a beachside sharks sandcastle competition, which is free for everyone.
Verdant prizes will be awarded to the winners.
Verdant Brewing Co, founded in 2014, was a result of a partnership between Cornwall-based homebrewers Adam & James and Rich.
Today, their US-craft inspired, always vegan beers are sold in more than 1,000 UK venues and shipped to over 20 countries.
At 2pm, The Shark Trust, a UK-based conservation charity, will host a 45-minute talk aimed at promoting shark conservation through positive change.
The talk will discuss the trust's most recent work, including an Oceanics programme, The Big Shark Pledge and the Great Eggcase Hunt.
Concluding the eventful day, Schooners Bar will host a reggae set from DJs Richie V (All Rockers Crew) and Bobby Lost (Lost & Found) starting at 3 pm.
