An up-and-coming trio with a placement in the independent album chart, plus airtime on BBC Match of the Day, is set to play a Falmouth venue.
East London trio, The Howlers, will perform on October 17 at the Cornish Bank.
The band recently released a deluxe version of their debut album What You’ve Got to Lose to Win It All, featuring new single Gotta Go.
The album, which was defined by resilience, friendship, and unconditional love through unimaginable pain, reached the top 20 in the independent album chart.
250 limited edition vinyl copies of the album sold out in less than 7 minutes, prompting the band to release the deluxe version.
Frontman Adam said: "As a band, we have always been a fan of the lost art of the B-side track, a lost art since the invention of streaming platforms, so with this album, we wanted to give the fans something extra.
"We are an independent band whose debut album got to #15 here in the UK and various top 10s across Europe.
"Without our fans that wouldn’t have been possible.”
Over the last two years, Adam experienced two life-changing strokes and the loss of several family members and friends, experiences which informed the 12-track album.
