A woman was taken to hospital on Monday evening after what was reported as a “multi-vehicle crash” in Falmouth.
Police were called to a Melvill Road in Falmouth at around 5.30pm on Monday evening to reports of a multi-vehicle crash.
An ambulance was called and the road was closed for a number of hours. A female driver was taken to hospital as a precaution but it is not believed she was seriously injured.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police were called at around 5.30pm on Monday, July 29 following reports of a multi-vehicle crash at Melvill Road in Falmouth.
"The ambulance service was also called to the scene and a road closure put in place. A female driver was taken to hospital as a precaution but is not believed to have suffered any serious injuries."
