Mullion School students are celebrating their exceptional GCSE results today (Thursday).
The 2024 results have highlighted the performance of Mullion students, with a significant number achieving excellent grades across a diverse range of subjects, underscoring the talent and commitment of this year’s cohort.
Headteacher Mrs Dunleavey and Deputy headteachers Mrs Mathias and Mrs Penberthy expressed their pride in the student’s accomplishments.
In a joint statement, the headteachers said: “We are immensely proud of our year 11 students and their incredible achievements.
“These results are a testament to their hard work, the dedication of our staff, and the continuous support from our parents.
“We are excited to see what the future holds for these exceptional young people.”
Beyond academic success, Mullion School has made 2023/2024 a year of enriching experiences for its students.

The school has placed a strong emphasis on promoting core values, and the year has been filled with opportunities for students to broaden their horizons through numerous trips and visits.
In addition, Mullion hosted a variety of workshops and events for dance, drama, art, music, culinary skills and its choirs.
Throughout the year, its numerous events have provided invaluable opportunities for students to connect with local employers and explore potential career paths.
