South West Water has invited its customers in Newquay and Crantock to its Community Roadshow where they can ask questions to a team of experts.
It will take place on Tuesday, September 10, from 12pm to 4pm at Mount Wise Community Centre.
The water company will be hosting its market-stall setup event to discuss planned investments, water resources, and efforts to reduce storm overflow use.
South West Water has already welcomed over 650 customers to 15 community roadshows across the South West.
As part of a wider £2.8 billion investment across the region, South West Water is investing nearly £800,000 in Newquay and Crantock.
This investment will be focused on some of the area's beaches.
Planned work will increase storm storage and improve local pumping stations.
Dani Twelvetree, head of customer communication and engagement at South West Water, said: "What our customers think matters.
"These roadshows give us the opportunity to go over our investment plans and overall performance in a relaxed and open atmosphere.
"They are also a place where customers can talk to us face-to-face and voice their own questions and concerns."
As part of the roadshow, customers will be able to ask questions and learn more about South West Water's plans and operations.
To attend the event, customers are encouraged to pre-register in advance.
For those interested in attending, South West Water's community roadshow will take place from 12pm to 4pm at Mount Wise Community Centre, Newquay, TR7 2BJ, on Tuesday, September 10.
People looking to attend the event can pre-register in advance on the South West Water website.
This will ensure they have a place at the event and can have their questions ready to ask the experts.
