Following the cancellation of summer fireworks this year, Flambards Theme Park has confirmed that its popular extravaganza event will take place next month.
The welcome news comes particularly after the park announced the retirement of iconic rides like The Hornet, The Thunderbolt, Sky Swinger, and SkyForce in June.
At the time, a source told the Packet that when they visited the park after the announcement, they were told that Flambards would still host its fireworks in October, but they would not take place during the summer months.
However, when the Packet contacted Flambards PR company they would only comment on the season pass situation.
Now, Flambards has officially announced that the fireworks extravaganza will take place during the half term on Wednesday, October 30 at 7.30pm.
There will also be a range of other events taking place during the half-term week at Flambards. All information can be found on its website.
On its website, Flambards shared more information about the fireworks event. It said: “Watch the sky light up above Flambards with the Halloween Fireworks Spooktacular!
“Enjoy a full day out at Flambards, with rides and attractions for all the family from 10am.
“Plus, many of the rides will remain open in the dark, alternatively, head over to the Outdoor Stage and enjoy the evening.”
Flambards will also be hosting a range of activities throughout the half-term week, including a pumpkin hunt around the park and entertainment from Emazdad Magic Shows on Tuesday, October 29.
