Hundreds of spectators celebrated the best of rural skills and community spirit at this year's annual ploughing match.
Organised by Helston and St Keverne Young Farmers, the event at Pentire Farm, Degibna showcased the impressive talents of young farmers as they battled it out on the fields with their tractors. Following the ploughing competition, the excitement continued with a tractor pull.
Beyond the farming fun, attendees enjoyed a vibrant atmosphere with various craft stands and domestic exhibits.
Guests also enjoyed a barbecue, tea, coffee, cakes and ice cream.
Proceeds made from this year’s event will benefit the Children’s Ward at Royal Cornwall Hospital. However, a final total has yet to be revealed.
