Police have shared an update on the six people arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following an incident in Helston on Christmas Eve.
Police have revealed that the six people arrested for the incident in Helston on Christmas Eve have been released from bail under investigation.
The update comes as the six answered police bail today (Thursday).
As previously reported, police were called to Lady Street in Helston on December 24, 2023, following reports of an assault.
A man in his 30s was taken to Treliske Hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.
At the time police said that a man and a woman, both aged 19, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder during the early hours of the same morning.
However, in March a statement from Devon and Cornwall Police revealed that a further four people were also arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Now, all six people have been released from bail.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: “All six suspects arrested on suspicion of attempted murder have now been released from bail under investigation.
