A dog friendly seaside hotel in Cornwall has launched its brand new ‘Pampered Pooch Package’, for guests favourite four-legged friends.

Falmouth's St Michaels Beach Resort package includes a two-night stay in one of the resort’s luxurious dog-friendly rooms between November 1 and March 31, when guests can make the most of Falmouth’s off-season charm as the beaches welcome back dogs, and with direct access to the South West Coast Path.

The package also includes a dinner for two in the AA rosette restaurant, Brasserie on the Bay, featuring Cornish food stories crafted from the freshest seasonal produce, as well as a complimentary welcome hamper full of goodies waiting in rooms on arrival.

Tim Fryer, Director of St Michaels Resort, says: “We recognise that more and more travellers are seeking accommodation that welcomes their canine companions, and our new Pampered Pooch package ensures that dogs are not just accepted at the hotel, but celebrated.

“As Falmouth's beaches begin to welcome back dogs during the off-season, both dogs and their owners will be catered for during this relaxing two-night stay which includes luxurious dog-friendly rooms and fresh, seasonal dining in our new restaurant, Nourish.”

St Michaels Resort has partnered with four local Cornish pet brands on this package with goodies in the hampers including natural treats and chews from The Pets Larder (thepetslarder.co.uk), handcrafted all-weather dog leads from Storeys & Tails (storeysandtails.co.uk), premium toys and snacks from Wags R Us (wags-r-us.co.uk) and stylish leads and accessories from Tide & Country (tideandcountry.shop). The resort will also provide a cosy dog bed, blanket, and bowl, to ensure every tail is wagging.

Falmouth transforms into a canine paradise during the autumn and winter months, with dog bans lifted on the town’s three main beaches, including Gyllyngvase, located just a stone’s throw from St Michaels Resort.

Guests can breathe in the fresh coastal air on invigorating dog walks along golden stretches of sand, or discover a myriad of coves and cafes along the miles of South West Coast Path, before retreating back to the resort to unwind and enjoy some hearty seasonal food with furry friends at their side.

Priced from £215pp with dogs staying free, valid on two-night stays between 1st November and 31st March 2025, excluding Christmas and New Year.
