Cornwall Council has instructed the sale of the detached block at Malpas, with a freehold guide price of £30,000.

The ‘loo with a view’ is among 170 lots in the latest sale by Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

“It enjoys picturesque views across the River Fal in a location close to Truro. Any future use of the lot would be subject to the necessary planning consents.”
