The football club put out an official statement on X this afternoon after their roof was damaged this afternoon (October 15).
They posted pictures and video of two men in black on the roof of the clubhouse performing jumps and tricks on their skateboards.

The club said the men caused damage to the roof thanked them for damaging the roof rather than using the fantastic Newquay skate park nearby.
They accused the two men of “reckless behaviour” and asked for any information about their identities to either be given to the police or emailed to them directly.
“This afternoon, we had some unexpected visitors at Mount Wise who decided to use our clubhouse roof for activities better suited to other areas of Newquay,” they said in the post on X.
“We want to remind everyone that there is a reason our town has a fantastic skate park—please use it!
“A special thanks goes out to those involved for the damage caused to our roof due to your reckless behaviour.
“If anyone has any information, please contact the police or email us directly at business.newquayafc@gmail.com.
“Let’s keep the fun where it belongs and avoid further damage to our community spaces.”
