Origin Coffee has announced a significant expansion to its roastery in Porthleven.

The company will open an additional 2,000 square feet of roasting and production space in mid-October, coinciding with its 20th anniversary.

The expansion, which involves taking over the adjacent metal workshop, will allow Origin to continue its strong connection to Cornwall and create new job opportunities for the local community.

As of August 2024, the company has grown from 50 employees to 115 with half of the team based at the Porthleven Roastery and local cafés.
