Apple Day celebrations took over Marlborough School in Falmouth.
The fun-packed event, which took place last Friday, was organised by the school's parent group, the Marlborough Mariners.
It featured apple-themed activities such as apple bobbing, apple tasting, a longest peel competition, and face painting.
A popular stall invited children to find a conker in a wheelbarrow of leaves, drill it with a hand drill, and string it up for a traditional game of conkers.
The event also included plenty of cake and toffee apples.
Headteacher Abi Squibb said: "Apple Day is such an amazing harvest celebration for our community.
"I love seeing our wonderful families playing, singing, laughing, and eating together.
"Our parent body, the Marlborough Mariners, arranged the event not to raise money, but to have the first shindig of the school year.
"Many thanks to them for supporting our fantastic school."
