Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity has confirmed the return of its popular Pedal4Patients ride for a fifth year.
The fundraiser will see cyclists of all ages and abilities take on a three-day challenge, riding through Cornwall's scenic coastal and countryside routes.
The charity initiative, which has enjoyed four years of success, aims to raise funds for the RCHT Charity’s One and All fund.
This fund plays an important role in supporting the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, providing assistance beyond what the NHS can fund.
Lynne Lees from RCHT Charity said: "Pedal4Patients is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself, enjoy glorious Cornwall and make lasting memories.
"With a team designed to suit different skill levels, there's something for everyone – this will be your challenge to be cycled your way."
Ms Lees encourages everyone to get involved, whether as a rider, donor, volunteer or fundraiser, stating that any form of support can make a difference.
She added: "Join us.
"Give back, give thanks, cycle for yourself, cycle for somebody, cycle in memory.
"Whether you ride, donate, volunteer or fundraise, your support will make a difference one pedal at a time."
The charity is offering an early bird registration fee of £75 instead of £95 for those who sign up before November 30.
This will help make a difference at St Michael’s Hospital, West Cornwall Hospital and Royal Cornwall Hospital.
