Hall for Cornwall is inviting families to drop by their local library and get involved in free creative activities during the October half-term.
The Get Creative team will be running sessions that explore stories, song, dance, and art, all themed around the much-loved fairytale and upcoming pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk.
The workshops, open to all ages, aim to inspire and ignite imaginations.
They will take place from October 28 to November 1 in libraries across Cornwall.
As well as the creative activities, attendees will have the chance to get their hands on Jack and the Beanstalk panto goodies and tickets.
Helen Tiplady, Hall for Cornwall’s deputy creative director, said: "We’re thrilled to be working with Cornwall’s libraries again – these are spaces in which the imagination of children can run wild, and that’s what Hall for Cornwall and specifically our Get Creative programme is all about.
"As we look ahead to our giant Christmas extravaganza we can’t wait to spark young minds and spend time together getting creative."
A Cornwall Libraries spokesperson added: "We are excited to be once again working with Hall for Cornwall with their Christmas pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk to sprinkle the magic amongst our libraries across Cornwall - a great example of how our modern libraries provide fun spaces to engage children in books and storytelling."
The Get Creative team works with more than 11,000 young people across Cornwall each year, collaborating with schools, young people and the wider community to inspire the next generation of creators and theatre-goers.
