Guide Dogs for the Blind raised £540.58 at the Cornish Pirates game against Bedford Blues.
The charity thanked the club and fans for their support during the match at Mennaye Field in Penzance.
Representing the Penzance and St Ives branch, Richard Sherry said: "I wish to express that the members of our small group thoroughly enjoyed the experience of attending the game.
"It is rare that they get involved in such an atmosphere.
"Thank you also again to all at the Pirates who were so kind and accommodating during the event, which enabled us to raise the excellent sum of £540-58 for the charity.”
