A born and bred Cornish woman with a passion for baking is bringing her love of baking to the community, in a customised trailer.
Anita Pascoe, 24 has announced the launch of her new business, Cornish Cravings which will trade at events in Cornwall such as weddings, festivals, Christmas light switch-on events, special occasions, and of course Flora Day.
Her passion for baking was inspired by her mother's love for baking and cooking.
“I have always loved baking cakes, and other types of bakes,” Anita told the Packet.
“My mum was always a big cook, and I was a little cook, and she always used to help me do all these bakes and cooked dinners.
“As time has gone by the roles have reversed and I’ve realised that I want to embrace my love for it again.”
After building up some finances, Anita who lives in Breage with her fiancé took the leap of faith and invested in a food trailer, giving her the perfect platform to share her passion with communities across Cornwall.
