A collision in Cornwall on Sunday resulted in a cyclist being airlifted to Derriford Hospital with serious injuries.
Police were called to Treen, on the B3315 near St Buryan at around 1.40pm on Sunday, October 27 to reports of a collision involving a camper van and a cyclist.
The cyclist, a man in his 50s from Penzance, suffered serious injuries and was flown to Derriford Hospital by Cornwall Air Ambulance.
Officers closed the road for investigations. It reopened five hours later.
Now police are asking for any witnesses to come forward.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: “Officers are seeking witnesses following a collision near St Buryan which left a cyclist seriously injured.
“Officers investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision would like to thank members of the public that stopped to help at the scene and ask that anyone who may have dashcam footage or information that could assist investigations to please contact them online or by calling 101, quoting log 480 of 27/10/24.”
