Truro is getting ready for a toy-filled take over as one of its popular stores is to open a brand-new Toys "R" Us shop-in-shop in Cornwall.
To mark the opening of the new Toys “R” Us shop-in-shop a WH Smith's Truro store on Saturday, November 9, the store will be hosting a grand opening event for customers from 8.30am to 1pm, and promises a morning filled with activities and giveaways.
The WHSmith team will be joined by the official Toys “R” Us mascot, Geoffrey the Giraffe for the official ribbon cutting when the store opens, before visitors are welcomed.
However, as an official welcome and special treat, the first 50 children visiting the store, will also receive a free Toys “R” Us goody bag worth more than £15. The doors will open at 8.30am – so get there early for the giveaway!
The new Toys “R” Us shop at WHSmith’s will feature a key range of products and activities from top brands including Barbie, Bluey, Hot Wheels, LEGO, Marvel, Paw Patrol, Peppa Pig, Squishmallows, Star Wars and more.
Additionally, children will also be able to access the latest products and play hands-on with their favourite toys at the demonstration tables in the store.
Truro is one of 37 WHSmith Hight Street stores set to open a new shop-in-shop from Toys “R” Us before Christmas.
